1 Peter 1:15-16- "As obedient children, let yourselves be pulled into a way of life shaped by God's life, a life energetic and blazing with holiness. God said, 'I am holy; you be holy.'"
This verse is very important. It says that us, the obedient children of God, should let ourselves be pulled away to a life shaped by God's life. It also says that, that life is energetic and blazing with holiness. Think about that for a second... so many non-believers say that the Christian life is so boring and non-fun. This Bible verse proves them wrong. It says that a life shaped by God is energetic and holy. Doesn't that make you want to ask God to let him shape your life? That energy that it says you would have is not some quick one time piece of energy, it is fulfilling forever. So the next time you are pulled into God's life and someone says it's boring, please remember that you are going to be more fulfilled than if you weren't serving God.
