NOTE: I am sorry that recently I haven't been doing my normal blogging schedule. It's been crazy this past couple of weeks, so my blog posting will be scattered until I get a normal schedule going on. So, sorry in advance.
I want you to think of a time where you didn't feel safe. What did you do? Did you get out of that unsafe place? Did you stay in that unsafe place? Maybe you weren't able to get out of it. Did you rely on yourself in that safe place? What would you do? Well, let's see...
Psalm 91:1 - "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. "
This verse is really cool. It is basically saying that if you go to God for safety, you will be near the Almighty and be protected. When you don't feel safe, you can read your Bible, and go to God and ask him to protect you. And he will. It's always nice to have someone who will give you peace and safety and always have time to be your "body guard". Sometimes, though, bad things happen. And when that happens, God is still with you. He is still protecting you. So don't worry if you don't feel that God didn't protect you. Our faith isn't based on feelings. It's based on trust. So trust God and go to him for safety, for he will protect you.
