Have you ever prayed? Probably, right? Just prayed to God while you are doing other things or sitting? When you have a busy day, do you pray a quick prayer and go to bed? Have you ever tried to pray on your knees? It helps you not get distracted and focus on Him. Isn't it more powerful? Do you know why? You are actually worshipping God in reverence. And God seeks those who are committed to him and worship him (2 Chronicles 16:9a).
